James Ng strives to exemplify integrity, energy, hard work, and creative service in every detail of your real estate transaction. At the age of 19, he started serving with the Singapore Police Force and subsequently the Ministry of Finance, thereafter taking a leap of faith into the real estate industry. He has been involved in every aspect of the industry, representing sellers, buyers, investors, relocating companies and corporate landlords, in both the residential and commercial market.
James has a Bachelor’s (Hons) degree in Business Management. He is well-versed in creative marketing strategies and is well-known for his innovative approach. His clients have consistently sought his advice and trusted his judgement on many multi-million dollar deals.
James is a family man with a devotion to God, his wife and his two children. He builds strong relationships with banks and lending institutions to allow his clients the best offers for home loans. He and his team work together to inspect and maintain properties, initiating communication in every detail of the transaction. He leads, trains, and motivates his team to communicate better with clients.

Daryl recently started his real estate journey in 2021. Although new, he is fast proving to be an apt learner. A firm believer in ‘Knowledge Is Power’, he is constantly learning and researching so as to be able to give accurate advice when called upon. Leveraging on his vast experience in customer service, he strives to put his clients interests at the foremost, providing an experience all will enjoy.
Daryl is a loving husband and father to a 7 year old son. He values family bonds highly and spends a lot of his free time building and strengthening those bonds with his wife and boy. In that same aspect, he looks to build relationships with his clients and be there for the long run.

We knew James for more than a decade before he entered the real estate industry. He has always been task-oriented, and is still pretty much the same except with added responsibilities coupled with his heart to serve. Our house-hunting journey was painful due to our limited choice of location, time and finances. James and Vulcan listened intently to Mdm. Fong’s needs and requirements when they met. They also did the necessary financial calculations before sharing with Mdm. Fong their professional advice.
Altogether, James and Vulcan conducted almost 40 viewings for the sale and had 5 offers, of which one was accepted by Mdm. Fong. They also found for Mdm. Fong a conveniently located 3-room HDB flat in move-in condition, close to a MRT station and other amenities. Needless to say, Mdm. Fong was very pleased!
